Tesla has officially launched its presence in the Philippines, opening its first Tesla Experience Center in Bonifacio Global City. This marks a significant milestone for the electric vehicle (EV) maker as it extends its footprint in Southeast Asia and further advances its mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
The Tesla Experience Center, located at Uptown Parade, serves as a one-stop destination for Tesla customers, offering vehicle sales, service, and maintenance in a seamless retail environment. To celebrate the launch, Tesla is debuting two of its popular vehicles in the Philippines: the Model Y and Model 3. These vehicles are now on display at a special pop-up event at the Uptown Mall, which will run until 15 November 2024.

The Model Y, which became the best-selling vehicle globally in 2023, offers up to 533 km of range and impressive acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds. Prices for the Model Y start at P2,369,000. The Model 3, known as the world’s best-selling electric sedan, features improved aerodynamics, an enhanced interior, and a range of up to 629 km. It is priced starting at P2,109,000.
In addition, Tesla has introduced its Design Studio, where customers can customize their vehicles according to their preferences, from exterior colors to interior features. Deliveries for both models are expected to begin in early 2025.

Tesla is also expanding its infrastructure with the installation of Supercharging stations across the Philippines. The first indoor Supercharger, located at Uptown Mall, is expected to open soon, offering fast charging capabilities that provide up to 120 km of range in just five minutes. Charging will be available on a pay-per-use basis at P19 per kWh.
This expansion underscores Tesla’s commitment to sustainable transportation in the Philippines, with the company also offering local drivers the benefit of exemption from the country’s number coding scheme for zero-emission vehicles.
Through its new Experience Center, vehicle launches, and charging infrastructure, Tesla is advancing its efforts to support the growing demand for clean energy solutions in the Philippines.
