ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corp., has announced the addition of over 100 new prebuilt integrations to its identity and access management (IAM) platform, AD360. This move strengthens the platform’s capabilities, enabling seamless integration with key enterprise applications, including HRMS, ITSM, and SIEM tools. Additionally, AD360 now supports REST API integration, allowing for custom connections with third-party and in-house systems.
This development is a significant step for ManageEngine in addressing the growing challenge enterprises face in managing fragmented IT ecosystems. As organizations increasingly rely on a multitude of cybersecurity tools, Gartner reports that many struggle with the inefficiency of managing over 45 tools, leading to security risks and identity fragmentation. AD360’s expanded integration offerings aim to streamline identity management, reducing operational overhead and enhancing security by automating workflows for user provisioning, access control, and identity synchronization.
The platform’s industry-standard protocols, such as SCIM, SAML 2.0, and OAuth 2.0, ensure broad compatibility, while its no-code interface accelerates implementation, allowing businesses to integrate systems faster and more cost-effectively. With AD360, enterprises can also achieve zero-gap compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX regulations, further reducing the risks associated with identity-related breaches.
Manikandan Thangaraj, vice president at ManageEngine, emphasized that the expanded integrations are designed to transform identity management into a strategic business enabler, enhancing productivity, agility, and security across industries such as healthcare, finance, and government.
