    Singapore Airlines boosts Cebu connectivity

Singapore Airlines (SIA) and its low-cost carrier Scoot have strengthened their partnership to offer more accessible international travel for Cebuano passengers, highlighting Cebu as a strategic gateway to the world.

The expanded service includes daily SIA flights from Cebu to Singapore, with seamless onward connections to 127 destinations in 36 countries. Scoot complements this with additional flights from Cebu, Iloilo, Manila, Clark, and Davao, creating broader connectivity across the Visayas and Mindanao.

Under the partnership, customers on Scoot-SIA codeshare flights enjoy enhanced travel perks such as matched baggage allowance and complimentary meals, mirroring the flagship carrier’s service standards. This collaborative network opens up diverse travel experiences—from cultural escapes in Vienna and Rome to beach getaways in Bali and Da Nang.

KrisFlyer members benefit from complimentary in-flight Wi-Fi across all SIA cabin classes, while travellers can manage their journeys via the SingaporeAir mobile app. SIA also highlights premium travel features such as gourmet meals, award-winning entertainment, and convenient layovers at Singapore’s Changi Airport, ranked among the world’s best.

This strategic initiative aims to provide Cebuanos with greater travel flexibility, comfort, and value, aligning with growing demand for international tourism from the region.
