Filinvest REIT Corp., the listed real estate investment trust of the Filinvest Group, said Tuesday its board declared a quarterly cash dividend of P0.071 for shareholders as of record March 3.
The cash dividend, which total P346.4 million, will be paid on March 24.
As a real estate investment trust that operates under a “no-tax” regime, Filinvest REIT is required to distribute to shareholders at least 90 percent of its annual income.
The cash dividend declared by Filinvest REIT of P0.112 a share, or a total P548 million, included property dividend that came from its board’s declaration as operational in February 2021 four office buildings, namely FLI EDSA, IT School, Concentrix Building, and Cebu Tower 2.
The total carrying value these properties was pegged at P1.69 billion.
