What’s in name?
A lot, it seems, for listed retail gaming and entertainment company Leisure & Resorts World Corp., which has decided to rebrand and now call itself DigiPlus Interactive Corp.
The name change to DigiPlus follows the approval last month by the Securities and Exchange Commission of the amendments to LRWC’s articles of incorporation, which includes adopting a new name.
“As the company welcomed this change, we strategically thought and created a stronger identity that will help us to become the best version of what we are as a company – fun, innovative, digitized, technologically advanced, and most of all, collaborative,” said Andy Tsui, DigiPlus president in a statement.
“We’re very thrilled to share with all of you what we have prepared this year,” he added.
He noted the company had been sharing its expertise for over 20 years in the retail gaming market and has continuously provided world-class multi-gaming platforms with a strong distribution network of entertainment sites all over the country.
Along with the name change, expect better services and products from all of the company’s subsidiaries and related companies, he said.
