Premiere Island Power REIT Corp., a listed real estate investment trust, said its board approved the declaration of a P0.0682 per share regular cash dividend for stockholders on record May 12.
The cash dividend total P224.2 million, equivalent to 90 percent of the P249.3 million distributable income of Premiere Power at the end of 2022.
Premiere Power will pay the cash dividend on May 26.
The company invests long term in critical real estate and infrastructure that contributes to the promotion of clean, renewable, and sustainable energy, as well as continue its progress on expanding social and missionary electrification. The initial property portfolio of the company consists of land and power plant assets utilized in the power generation projects of its Sponsors: S.I. Power Corp., and Camotes Island Power Generation Corp.
