Philippine Airlines has apologized to its passengers for the number of flight cancellations that had to be made this week due to aircraft maintenance.
“We sincerely apologize to our passengers affected by several flight cancellations that we announced this week,” PAL said.
“Philippine Airlines personnel are doing their best to mount replacement flights where possible and to rebook and assist affected passengers,” it added According to PAL, several aircraft had to undergo maintenance as consequence of ongoing supply chain delays and unexpected technical issues that developed. “We are taking these precautions in the interest of safety, which is always our highest priority,” the airline said.
“We have beefed up our service teams and processes and will do all we can to assist our passengers. We sincerely apologize and seek the understanding of our valued passengers,” it added.
