Listed property developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. on Thursday started construction of its Casa Mira Homes project in Danao City the sale of which is expected to reach P1.97 billion when completed in 2026.
The company said market reception for the project is very strong, with 96 percent of the 595 homes to be built in a 6.8-hectare property already considered sold.
“Casa Mira turns the Filipinos’ dream into reality by making home ownership attainable, with affordable, quality developments that offer more value, more space and more amenities to be enjoyed by families,” said Jose Soberano III, Cebu Landmasters president and chief executive officer.
According to Soberano, Casa Mira will help CLI address the region’s housing gap.
He said Casa Mira has already provided more than 16,000 vertical and horizontal housing units all over Visayas and Mindanao.
Additionally, given the success of the project in the northern part of Cebu, it should soon introduce a new affordable housing development in the area.
Casa Mira Homes Danao has direct access to the Central Nautical Highway, providing residents with convenient access to essential establishments such as schools, grocery stores, the city hall, the provincial hospital, and the city port.
Danao City is only 25 kilometers away from Cebu City.
Housing units in Casa Mira Homes Danao range from P2.23 million to P3.6 million with floor areas ranging from 42 square meters to 73 square meters.
