DoubleDragon Corp. said Wednesday that its hotel subsidiary, Hotel101 Global Pte. Ltd, secured the permit to sell units at Hotel 101-Libis Bridgetowne, a project that is set to become the largest hotel in Quezon City.
DoubleDragon said the 702-room hotel, now under construction, is expected to generate P4.9 billion in unit sales. It said pre-selling of the project starts Wednesday.
Hotel101-Libis Bridgetowne sits on a 2,547 square meter prime commercial lot, which forms part of Bridgetowne District project of Robinsons Land. It sits across the upcoming Opus Mall.
DoubleDragon expects buyers to see the project as a solid investment since the unit owners are able to directly and perpetually own the asset through the full ownership of the unit via a condominium title.
The company is hopeful the Bridgetowne project will sell as fast as, if not quicker than, the 548 room Hotel101–Cebu Mactan Airport project, which was fully sold out in just 21 months from the start of pre-selling; over a year ahead of target completion date.
Hotel101 pipeline of inventory from secured prime titled land sites in Cebu, Libis, Boracay, Palawan and Bohol expected to generate ₱18.14 billion in revenues, excluding the dollar revenues to be generated from the Hotel101 overseas projects.
