Aboitiz Construction and Aboitiz Land, the real estate arm of the Aboitiz Group, have agreed to conduct site development works for The Villages at Lipa-Meadow Village in LIMA Estate, Batangas.
Set for completion in June 2024, the 11.7-hectare project will hire close to a hundred at its peak, mostly local hires if available.

Meadow Village is part of The Villages at Lipa, a 49-hectare residential enclave that provides a selection of spacious lot sizes ranging from 250 to 1,500 square meters. This landscape is in accordance with Aboitiz Land’s signature features that aims to inject value in both natural and man-made environments.
Aboitiz Construction is a trusted LIMA Estate contractor for its site development needs. The firm is handling the industrial expansion of the Estate’s 57-hectare lot at Block 9-2 and land development works at the 72-hectare Tier 1 site.
Once completed, these areas will accommodate new locators and generate thousands of job opportunities.
