    CLI condo proximate Davao airport sold out days after launch

    Property developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. on Tuesday reported its condominium project in Davao City sold out in less than a week after launch, reflecting strong market demand.

    The company said the two-tower Mindara Residences built at the cost of P2.5 billion quickly sold just days later. The property is within LPU Town Davao, a university township just a few meters from Davao International Airport and part of the company’s garden series of offerings. 


    Envisioned as an urban community featuring garden-inspired features and amenities, the development promises a unique and inspired living experience. The two-tower development is designed with landscaped roof decks, pocket gardens on several floors, a leisure pool and a shared podium for retail spaces and basement parking.


    Its north and south towers cover a 3,698 square meter lot with sustainable features as cross ventilation and natural lighting in the hallways and corridors.


    The Mindara Residences has 546 studio and one-bedroom units. Floor areas range from 22 square meters to 43 square meters priced at P3.1 million to P8.8 million.


    Now on its 20th year, CLI has more than 100 projects in different stages of development in 16 key cities in  the Visayas and Mindanao. It earlier launched the opening of its third tower called Costa Mira Beachtown Panglao, a joint venture with Lite Properties Corp. and part of a P5.3 billion tropical beach community on a 4.05-hectare lot at Totolan town in Dauis, Panglao Island, Bohol known for its greenery and clear waters.
