Fruitas Holdings Inc., a listed food and beverage company, said Tuesday it purchased from Foodpanda cloud kitchen equipment for its wholly-owned subsidiary Fly Kitchen Inc.
It said the equipment acquisition will allow Fly Kitchen, a cloud kitchen operations that has set up various brands such as Hatid Pinoy, Jade Express, and Kanin at Sabaw, to expand its menu with new methods, processes, and flavors as well as open the door for collaboration and prepare third-party brands that fill well with its current operation.
Fuitas said the use of cutting-edge equipment allows Fly Kitchen to streamline every aspect of its operations, from food preparation to presentation, resulting in even higher service and product quality. Additionally, the advanced kitchen equipment will give Fly Kitchen the freedom to experiment with new recipes which will excite the taste buds of its loyal consumers and new customers.
