Fuel retailers Caltex and Seaoil on Monday announced increasing the price of their gasoline by P1.40 per liter, their diesel by P1.75 per liter and their kerosene by P1.05 per liter starting Tuesday morning.
Rival Clean Fuel, Jetti and PTT similarly increased their gasolinead by P1.40 per liter and diesel by P1.75 per liter.
Department of Energy (DOE) data show the price per liter of gasoline (RON 91) in Manila averaging P62.55, diesel at P59.30 and kerosene at P73.88 as of 18 June this year.
Year-to-date adjustments as of the same date show a net increase of P6.90 per liter for gasoline, P6 per liter for diesel and P0.35 per liter for kerosene.
