Solaire Resort North, not quite two months since its opening, on Wednesday reported high foot traffic at its restaurants consisting of outlets offering buffets, fine dining and even a food court.
The second integrated resort and casino of businessman Enrique K. Razon Jr. is Quezon City’s first high-end resort and casino targeting those living north of Metro Manila and Luzon.
“We hope to see more people on the gaming floor. For now it’s mostly food and beverage (F&B). We take it day to day and see how the market will adapt to what we have. So far, the hotels and food and beverage sections look very promising,” Solaire communications and public relations director, Joy Wassmer, said.
“All the restaurants are doing very well. They’re fully operational. That’s what people come here for. People in the area really enjoy dining (and) going out because even the food court is packed,” Wassmer addeid.
Aside from Quezon City residents, Solaire North targets other areas north of Metro Manila, including Caloocan, Manila, Bulacan and all that way to Pampanga and Bagiuo.
Standing on 1.5 hectares, Solaire Resort North takes advantage of verticality and towers at 38-stories high.
The resort treats space as a luxury in 526 keys consisting of deluxe guest rooms from 42 to 49 square meters and suites from 89 to 382 square meters.
Accommodations aside, Solaire North boasts of an outdoor L-shaped swimming pool with cabañas and a wellness center offering an array of treatment options in the spa.
A key property highlight are its upscale events venues that can fit 1,300 guests with concert-style seating that may be partitioned into three equally impressive halls.
The size and flexibility of the pillar-less grand ballroom allows for both grandiose and more personal events.
There are also intimate spaces available for more exclusive and personal gatherings. All function rooms can accommodate any banquet requirement and fitted with technologically advanced audio and visual equipment for the best and most immersive experience.
