The Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill Philippines is set to begin serving diners at the Newport World Resorts within the month.
Chef Gordon Ramsay and Newport World Resorts chairman Kevin L. Tan jointly made the announcement after finalizing details at a meeting in Macau.
“Having personally met Chef Ramsay at The Londoner in Macau, his larger-than-life personality and our shared enthusiasm in opening one of the most sought-after restaurants in the culinary world, strengthens our position as the most multifaceted integrated resort in the country, leading the way in elevated dining experiences for all our guests,” Tan said.
Located on the second floor of the Newport Grand Wing, the restaurant is one of the biggest within the 25-hectare property.
It occupies 400 square meters, seats up to a hundred guests and is expected to attract discerning diners from all over the region given its proximity to Terminal 3 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
“The team at Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill promises an exciting dining experience, showcasing British classics, including Gordon Ramsay’s iconic Beef Wellington, perfectly grilled steaks, fresh seafood, and a delightful array of sides and desserts,” it said.
Alongside the exciting culinary menu, the new restaurant hosts a bar experience for its guests, offering high-end wines from around the world, spirits and cocktails.
