    Smart completes repairs on services problematic since Wednesday

    Smart Communications Inc. on Thursday announced restoring services following an outage that began on Wednesday.

    “Repairs have been completed and services have normalized,” Smart said in an advisory at 2 pm.

    “In the event that your device is unable to reconnect, refresh your connection by restarting your device/s,” the telco added.

    According to Smart, some customers in parts of Metro Manila, North Luzon, and South Luzon experienced intermittent voice and SMS service disruptions around 9 am Thursday although a number of subscribers started posting complaints on social media as early as the day before.
