Kristine disrupts Globe services in 21 provinces 

Globe Telecom said TS Kristine caused commercial power that resulted in network outages in 21 provinces in Southern Luzon and Visayas. Globe added that it is ready to deploy teams to immediately restore service once conditions on the ground improve. In Southern Luzon, less than 13 percent of sites were affected by outages, while about 7 percent were affected across Visayas. Network and core services are operational in the majority of sites, and Globe assured customers that it would prioritize restoration efforts.
