Bloomberry Resorts Corp., the listed casino and resorts arm of tycoon Enrique Razon Jr., said Friday its unit, Bloomberry Resorts & Hotels Inc., sold some of the shares it holds in the company to support a marketing program.
Bloomberry, which trades under the symbol BLOOM, said BRHI raised P1.14 million from the sale of 250,000 shares through the stock market at the prevailing price of P4.57 each.”These shares shall be given as a reward to Solaire’s loyal patrons and as part of Solaire’s marketing program,” said Bloomberry, referring to its hotel-and-casino resort in the Manila Bay reclamation area covered by Paranaque City.
