KrisFlyer, Singapore Airlines’ (SIA) popular lifestyle rewards program, is celebrating a major milestone of 10 million members in March 2025. To mark the occasion, the program is offering a series of lucrative promotions, including bonus miles, discounted miles redemptions, and enhanced accrual options for members.
Launched in 1999 as SIA’s frequent flyer program, KrisFlyer has transformed into a global lifestyle rewards network. Members can now earn and redeem miles not only on flights with Singapore Airlines, Scoot, and partner carriers but also with over 1,700 brand partners across travel, dining, shopping, and unique experiences worldwide.
Dai Haoyu, senior vice president of marketing planning at Singapore Airlines, acknowledged the growth, noting that KrisFlyer’s membership had doubled in just three years. “This success reflects our members’ trust and the expansion of our rewards beyond flights, offering benefits aligned with their lifestyles,” he said.
Key promotions running from 7th to 31st March 2025, include a 20 percent miles redemption discount on select flights, up to 30 percent off KrisShop and Pelago purchases, and bonus miles for flights booked on SIA and Scoot websites. New members who join KrisFlyer will also receive a welcome bonus of 1,000 miles.
Further, the programme is offering bonus conversion deals with partners like CapitaStar, Esso Singapore, Accor, Marriott Bonvoy, and Velocity Frequent Flyer, giving members up to 20 percent more value on their miles-to-points and points-to-miles conversions.
