Megawide Construction Corp. has declared a cash dividend of P1.99015 per share for its Series 6B preferred shares, totaling P23.7 million. The dividend will be paid out of the company’s unrestricted retained earnings at the end of 2024December.
Megawide said its board set June 27 as the record date, with the payment scheduled for July 14, in accordance with the dividend schedule outlined in the March 21prospectus.
Under the terms of issuance, MWP6B dividends are payable quarterly—every January 14, April 14, July 14, and October 14. This latest declaration affirms Megawide’s commitment to delivering returns to preferred shareholders amid ongoing capital investments.
