Globe extends roaming support for customers in Israel and Iran

In response to ongoing unrest in Israel and Iran, Globe Telecom has rolled out enhanced roaming support to ensure its customers abroad stay connected during the crisis.

Affected Globe prepaid, TM, and postpaid customers in Israel are receiving a complimentary roaming package, automatically activated and inclusive of 1GB all-access data, 15 call minutes, and 15 SMS—valid for seven days. This initiative requires no registration and is accessible via Globe’s roaming partners in Israel: Pelephone, Partner Communications/Orange, and Cellcom.

In Iran, Globe is offering load support or credit adjustments to maintain uninterrupted mobile access. Customers can avail of this by connecting to partner network MTN Irancell.

“These goodwill measures reflect our commitment to keeping you connected, especially in times when communication matters most,” said Paula Rivera-Castillo, Globe’s head of international business.

Globe affirms continued coordination with international partners to monitor developments and ensure reliable service for its global subscribers.
