Mitsubishi Motors joins DepEd’s Brigada Eskwela 2025

Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corp. (MMPC) reaffirmed its commitment to corporate social responsibility by participating in the Department of Education’s (DepEd) Brigada Eskwela 2025. MMPC employees volunteered at Aplaya Elementary School and Don Jose Integrated High School in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, helping prepare classrooms for the upcoming school year.

As part of the initiative, MMPC donated essential supplies including paint, painting tools, cleaning agents, disinfectants, and books. Volunteers also assisted in repainting and cleaning efforts, reflecting the company’s bayanihan spirit and dedication to community service.

“This initiative is part of MMPC’s ongoing efforts to be a responsible corporate citizen and to support the communities where we operate,” said Marfel Ancheta, MMPC vice president for safety, health & environment under the manufacturing division.

Brigada Eskwela fosters public-private partnerships to support public education, and MMPC’s involvement highlights its broader mission to contribute to nation-building—extending its impact beyond the automotive sector into education, environmental sustainability, and community development.
