DigiPlus Interactive Corp. on Wednesday confirmed it is on schedule to commence operations in Brazil by September this year, reinforcing its long-haul international expansion roadmap and marking a key milestone in its corporate growth strategy.
The company, known for gaming brands BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone, is entering Brazil’s US$4.6-billion iGaming market, which is more than double the size of the Philippines. Its Brazil venture will feature a new lineup of live streamed games, slots, table games, and exclusive in-house content tailored for local audiences.
“This marks DigiPlus’ next phase of growth,” said chairman Eusebio Tanco, citing Brazil’s population of over 200 million and 90 percent internet penetration as key factors behind the move. The company also highlighted that Brazil’s recently implemented legal framework for online gaming provides the clarity needed for compliant market entry.
In March 2025, DigiPlus appointed iGaming veteran Graham Tidey as country manager to lead its Brazil push. A local team with regulatory expertise and cultural fluency is already in place.
Supporting the expansion, DigiPlus recently completed its migration to Amazon Web Services (AWS), ensuring robust and scalable infrastructure for its international operations.
This move underscores DigiPlus’ ambition to evolve from a Southeast Asia-focused gaming firm into a global digital entertainment leader, leveraging secure tech and a commitment to responsible gaming.
