Lenovo has announced a major expansion of its Hybrid AI Advantage™ portfolio, introducing new services, industry solutions, and validated hybrid AI platforms designed to help enterprises build and scale AI “factories” across modern IT environments. This positions Lenovo as a critical enabler in the growing enterprise AI market, as corporate AI budgets are projected to reach nearly 20 percent of total IT spending by 2025.
The expansion includes AI-enabling services, change management tools, and use case-driven solutions powered by partnerships with NVIDIA, IBM, Cisco, and Intel. These developments aim to bridge the AI adoption gap—highlighted in Lenovo’s Global CIO Playbook, which found two-thirds of enterprises have yet to realize ROI on AI investments.
“Lenovo is leading hybrid AI with integrated solutions that are making enterprise-level AI attainable for every business,” said Ashley Gorakhpurwalla, president of Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group.
At the heart of the announcement is Lenovo’s delivery of high-performance infrastructure, such as the new ThinkSystem SR680a V4 with Intel Xeon 6 and NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs, which provides up to 11x faster AI inferencing for LLMs. The company is also scaling hybrid AI platforms built in collaboration with IBM (watsonx) and Cisco (Spectrum-X), helping businesses modernize existing IT while supporting scalable AI development and deployment.
Through services like AI People Readiness Assessments, persona-based training, and AI governance enablement, Lenovo is tackling the human and organizational challenges to AI adoption. Ken Wong, EVP of Lenovo Solutions and Services Group, emphasized that “AI adoption demands a clear strategy, trusted expertise, and the right technology mix that can accelerate time to value.”
Validated solutions now span key verticals—such as real-time personalization in hospitality (Centific + NVIDIA), safety monitoring in industrial settings (Avathon + NVIDIA), smart retail analytics (WaitTime + Intel), and automated defect detection in manufacturing (Trifork + NVIDIA)—underscoring the operational impact AI can deliver today.
Lenovo’s expanded hybrid AI ecosystem aligns with its broader US$1 billion AI investment and reflects a near 40% year-over-year increase in global enterprise AI adoption. With the Hybrid AI Advantage, Lenovo aims to make AI implementation faster, more efficient, and more impactful across every layer of the enterprise IT stack.
