Mactan Rock chairman and president Lito R. Maderazo emphasized that sustainable water management requires long-term capital due to the high upfront investment and extended return periods of water infrastructure projects. “BDO’s trust and financial support have been instrumental in expanding our reach—from resorts and hospitals to barangays and tourism zones in Cebu and Iloilo. Their backing allows us to meet growing demand with responsible solutions,” Maderazo said.
