P9.2-B premium project launches at Cebu IT Park

Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI), in partnership with Japan’s NTT Urban Development Asia, has launched The Wave Towers, a P9.2-billion premium residential development in Cebu IT Park, marking a major milestone in the city’s high-end urban living segment.

Developed under CLI NUD Ventures, a 60-40 joint venture between CLI and NTTUD Asia, The Wave Towers is the partnership’s maiden project. It combines Japanese design principles with Cebuano craftsmanship to create a distinct urban living experience in one of Cebu’s most prominent business districts.

“This is not just another residential tower. It’s a connected, tech-forward development — a signature of NTT’s DNA as a global tech leader and part-owner of PLDT,” said CLI EVP and COO Jose Franco Soberano, emphasizing the project’s integration of Japanese smart-home technology and premium materials.

The first tower, Nagomi Tower, will rise 40 stories and offer 709 residential units priced between P250,000 to P300,000 per sqm, positioning it firmly in Cebu’s premium segment. Units will range from studios to 3-bedroom layouts, all equipped with advanced digital features and modern finishes.

The development boasts a comprehensive lifestyle offering with two levels of amenities, including a wellness-focused Sky Amenity Deck on the 37th floor and a Japanese-inspired garden, spa, and pool complex on the 6th. Retail spaces at the podium and ground levels aim to provide a refined dining and commercial experience.

CLI chairman and CEO Jose Soberano III noted that the project “sets a new benchmark in Cebu’s urban living,” blending global expertise with local sensibilities. NTTUD, the real estate arm of Japan’s third-largest listed company, brings global design insights from cities like Tokyo, New York, and London to the Cebu skyline.

The Wave Towers is open for public viewing through its newly unveiled showroom, giving potential investors and buyers a glimpse into its upscale offerings.
