Philippine Airlines (PAL) is making waves in the travel industry with its new “2-in-1 Getaway Fares,” allowing international travelers to explore two Philippine destinations for the price of one.
The promo lets visitors from the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Southeast Asia fly to Manila and connect to top island destinations—such as Boracay, Cebu, Siargao, and Coron—under a single roundtrip fare. Sample all-in rates start at $1,079 from the US and CAD 1,569 from Canada.
Alvin Miranda, PAL’s VP for marketing, emphasized the campaign’s aim to promote the Philippines as a multi-stop travel destination while leveraging PAL’s direct international links and seamless domestic network. “Enjoy two destinations for the price of one,” Miranda said, highlighting ease of access and the airline’s signature service.
The offer is expected to stimulate inbound leisure travel while supporting corporate mobility and the broader hospitality sector. Analysts see it as a strategic move to revitalize tourism flows and compete in the increasingly dynamic Asia-Pacific travel market.
