Globe offers free calls, data to Typhoon Crising survivors

In response to Typhoon Crising, Globe Telecom is providing free unlimited calls and texts to all networks and mobile data to help affected Filipinos stay connected during the crisis.

Globe Prepaid and TM customers in impacted areas will receive 1-day access to unlimited calls and texts, 100MB of open access data, and an additional 100MB for Facebook, Viber, and other key apps. Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi users get 5GB of open data valid for three days, while GFiber Prepaid subscribers enjoy a 3-day promo extension.

“This is the heart of #AlagangGlobe, showing care through meaningful service when people need it the most,” said Yoly Crisanto, Globe chief sustainability and corporate communications officer.

Postpaid customers and GFiber users also benefit from extended payment due dates to ease financial strain.

Globe encourages donations via Globe Rewards or GCash to support relief through the Ayala Foundation’s Hapag Movement.

With this initiative, Globe underscores its commitment to helping communities stay connected and supported in times of disaster.
