Globe sharpens cloud focus for smarter, safer business operations

At the G Summit 2025, Globe Business underscored its strategy to help enterprises achieve smarter and more secure operations through integrated cloud solutions. With 85 percent of enterprise workloads projected to be cloud-based this year, Globe emphasized that performance, cost, and security challenges persist—often due to fragmented architecture.

Gerald Manalo, solutions consultant at Globe Business, stressed the need for holistic integration of cloud, connectivity, and security. “Cloud is not just about storing files—it’s how today’s businesses operate,” he said.

Central to Globe’s approach is the Globe Premium Cloud Connect (GPCC), which offers businesses a dedicated, private link to leading cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. This bypasses the vulnerabilities of shared internet, ensuring faster, safer, and more cost-efficient access.

Experts from Versa Networks and Orca Security also joined the session, highlighting proactive, built-in security and full visibility across cloud environments as critical pillars of digital resilience.

KD Dizon, head of Globe Business, concluded that intelligent cloud integration—not just adoption—is key. “Through platforms like G Summit and solutions like GPCC, we help businesses scale faster, operate smarter, and stay protected,” she said.

Globe continues to support Filipino enterprises with cloud-first strategies, robust connectivity, and strategic partnerships to build future-ready operations.
