Japanese Ambassador Endo Kazuya has paid a courtesy call on Secretary Raphael P.M. Lotilla of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) at the agency’s Central Office in Quezon City, reinforcing the strong environmental partnership between Japan and the Philippines.
