Temasek-backed ABC Impact invests in Ayala’s AC Health

Ayala Healthcare Holdings Inc. (AC Health), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ayala Corp., has signed an investment agreement with IMP2 Rise Pte. Ltd., a special purpose vehicle of Singapore-based ABC Impact Fund II LP.

The deal, approved by Ayala’s executive committee and AC Health’s board on August 8, grants ABC Impact around 16 percent economic stake in AC Health through a subscription to common and redeemable preferred shares.

The completion of the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent. Once finalized, the investment will support AC Health’s strategic expansion and bolster its integrated healthcare ecosystem in the Philippines.

AC Health currently operates a growing network of healthcare assets, including Healthway multi-specialty clinics, Generika Drugstores, and Healthway QualiMed hospitals. By 2027, it aims to scale its footprint to at least 10 hospitals, 300 clinics, and 1,150 pharmacies nationwide.

The partnership with ABC Impact is expected to provide not only capital but also strategic insight to help AC Health achieve its long-term goal of delivering high-quality, accessible, and affordable healthcare services across the country.
