DigiPlus Interactive Corp., operator of BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone, posted a strong first-half performance, with new online games helping drive net income 61 percent higher to P8.4 billion.
Revenues climbed 47 percent to P47.78 billion, driven by expanded business activity, new PAGCOR-approved games, and operational efficiencies. EBITDA rose 65 percent to P9.09 billion.
In the second quarter alone, DigiPlus earned P4.20 billion in net income, up 30 percent year-on-year, as revenues hit P24.71 billion.
New game offerings across its platforms powered a 32 percent earning before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization growth to P4.50 billion.
DigiPlus also paid P18.4 billion in taxes and regulatory fees in the first half, further cementing its fiscal contributions.
In recognition of its industry leadership, DigiPlus was again listed in the Fortune 500 Southeast Asia, and named Digital Operator of the Year at the 2025 Global Gaming Awards Asia-Pacific.
Through its BingoPlus Foundation, the company advanced its social impact programs — awarding 130 scholarships, assisting 3,310 patients, and allocating P5 million for typhoon season relief.
Marking a major industry move, DigiPlus joined 19 organizations to launch the PlaySafe Alliance of the Philippines, aiming to elevate standards in responsible online gambling.
