Top Line Business Development Corp. on Monday declared a special cash dividend worth P22.9 million.
The special dividend is equivalent to 30 percent of Top Line’s net income in the second quarter of 2025.
Shareholders on record September 4 are entitled to the P0.0021 per share special cash dividend. It will be paid on September 30.
Top Line primarily engages in commercial fuel trading, serving industrial accounts across various sectors in Cebu, including marine and land transportation, construction, mining, and agriculture.
