Shopee, the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Brazil, has unveiled a new initiative aimed at empowering Filipino micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
The Shopee Tatak Pinoy: Sibol Accelerator Program (SAP) is a structured six-month program designed to help high-potential local sellers strengthen their digital capabilities and scale their businesses more effectively online.
Announced as part of Shopee’s broader Tatak Pinoy advocacy, the program will offer selected MSMEs access to personalized coaching and mentorship from Shopee Business Partners and global experts.
Participants will receive guidance on key areas such as digital marketing, data analytics, supply chain optimization, and brand building.
SAP builds on the momentum of the successful Shopee Tatak Pinoy MSME Roadshow, marking a significant next step in Shopee’s commitment to fostering inclusive digital growth in the Philippines.
“At Shopee, we’ve always believed that when MSMEs succeed, communities thrive,” said Vincent Lee, Head of Shopee Philippines. “The launch of the Shopee Tatak Pinoy Sibol Accelerator is part of our commitment to helping promising Filipino sellers take the next step—whether that’s growing faster, scaling smarter, or building a lasting presence online.”
As Shopee celebrates its 10th anniversary in the country, the company continues to deepen its investment in local entrepreneurship, aiming to create more resilient and competitive digital businesses across the Philippines.
