BDO Unibank spotlights its newest branch innovations in a new video campaign featuring long-time client and actor Alden Richards. The video showcases BDO’s latest digital solutions that blend convenience with personalized banking—offering clients the choice of going digital or receiving in-branch assistance.
At the heart of the campaign is BDO’s enhanced in-branch technology, including the universal teller machine, which goes beyond standard ATMs by allowing transactions like check deposits and passbook updates—without the need for a teller. Clients can also bank card-free via QR codes or biometrics.
The branch also features service assist machines (SAMs), allowing customers to input transaction details digitally and receive a queue number, streamlining their visit. For new clients, the account assist kiosk enables quick, paperless account openings and applications for loans or credit cards using biometrics or a debit card and PIN.
