CPG enters Mindanao with P5.3-B GenSan housing project

Phirst Park Homes Inc., the horizontal housing arm of Century Properties Group (CPG), announced the launch of a P5.3 billion residential development in General Santos City — its first project in Mindanao.

The 25-hectare master-planned community, located in Brgy. Baluan and accessible via the Sarangani-Davao del Sur Coastal Road, will feature around 2,000 housing units under the “Phirst Park Homes Gen San” banner.

The development will offer two housing models: the Amani townhouse, with a 36 sqm floor area on lots between 44 to 60.5 sqm and priced between P1.8 million to P2.1 million; and the Dua, a 48 sqm single-attached home on a 77 sqm lot, starting at P2.8 million. Both units are designed for expansion to meet the needs of growing families.

“Phirst’s expansion in Mindanao directly reflects our unwavering vision to empower Filipino families with access to quality homes,” said Phirst president and CEO Ricky M. Celis. “We see this as more than just an investment — it’s a real opportunity to help shape the future of a dynamic, emerging frontier.”

The project will feature recreational amenities and open spaces, aligning with Phirst’s commitment to lifestyle-oriented community planning.

The move follows the company’s Visayas debut in 2023 with Phirst Park Homes Bacolod, a 16-hectare development now preparing for its first home turnovers.

CPG highlighted Mindanao’s growing appeal as a real estate destination, driven by infrastructure investments such as the upcoming Mindanao Railway Project, which is expected to boost connectivity and economic growth across the region.
