Pueblo de Oro bags two Dot Property citations

Pueblo de Oro Development Corp. has secured national acclaim for its outstanding commitment to inclusive and sustainable community development, winning two prestigious awards at the Dot Property Philippines Awards 2025.

The company’s Pueblo de Oro Westwoods Heights in Batangas City was recognized as the Best Affordable Housing Development, while Pueblo de Oro Townscapes Malvar in Batangas took home the award for Best Green Development.

The 2025 Dot Property Awards highlight projects that emphasize impactful and sustainable living, celebrating innovations that enhance community value and environmental stewardship. Organized by the Dot Property Group—one of the region’s premier property platforms—the awards focus on accessibility, long-term sustainability, and forward-thinking design in the Philippine real estate sector.

“These recognitions affirm our commitment to building homes and communities that are not only affordable but also environmentally responsible,” said Prim Nolido, president and COO of Pueblo de Oro. “We are proud to contribute to the evolving landscape of sustainable living in Batangas.”

Pueblo de Oro Westwoods Heights, situated on a 13-hectare site in Barangay Tingga Itaas, offers over 500 house-and-lot units, open lots, and features a green linear park as its centerpiece. Designed with modern Filipino architectural influences, the development delivers quality, value-driven living with a cultural touch—meeting the rising demand for quality housing outside Metro Manila.

Meanwhile, Pueblo de Oro Townscapes Malvar, part of a sprawling 295-hectare work-live-play-learn master-planned township, covers 48 hectares dedicated to sustainable living. The community boasts up to 40 percent green spaces, a continuous “green loop” with bike lanes and jogging trails, and EDGE-certified homes that achieve 20 percent energy savings and 52 percent water efficiency. The master plan integrates a commercial district, Abba’s Orchard Montessori School, and the Light Industry & Science Park IV, creating a holistic and future-ready environment where residents can live, work, and learn seamlessly.

The accolades further establish Pueblo de Oro as a leader in developing inclusive, sustainable, and innovative communities in the Philippines.
