AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) has expanded its presence in Southern Luzon with the launch of new developments at the Cavite Technopark in Naic, Cavite and Batangas Technopark in Padre Garcia, Batangas.
The company said the expansions underscore its commitment to creating accessible, sustainable, and future-ready industrial estates, offering greater opportunities for locators and supporting regional economic growth.
“These expansions represent ALLHC’s commitment to support economic progress across the region,” said Robert S. Lao, president and CEO of ALLHC. “We are creating more opportunities for enterprises to set up operations, generate employment, and contribute to local and national growth.”
The newly launched Phase 2B of Cavite Technopark spans 20.2 hectares and offers 14 non-PEZA industrial lots. Land development is set for completion by Q4 2026.
First launched in 2015, Cavite Technopark now covers 183.6 hectares and serves light and medium, non-polluting industries. The estate is strategically located along Governor’s Drive, just 10 minutes from the Cavite Gateway Terminal, and will benefit from major infrastructure projects such as CALAX, CAVITEX extension, and the future Sangley Airport and Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge.
ALLHC COO Patrick C. Avila noted continued strong demand from both local and foreign locators: “The new phase allows us to meet this demand, offering companies an ideal location with excellent connectivity and support services.”
The second phase of Batangas Technopark adds 20.6 hectares and 38 Board of Investments-registered lots to the existing 55-hectare park, bringing its total area to 75.6 hectares. Land development is expected to finish by Q3 2026. Located along Tiaong-Lipa Road and accessible via the SLEX–STAR Tollway, the park will be further enhanced by the Lipa-Padre Garcia Bypass Road and SLEX TR4.
Designed as a mixed-use development, Batangas Technopark includes a bagsakan center, retail areas, and a gas station, with sustainable features such as wide pedestrian sidewalks, native tree planting, and detention ponds to mitigate environmental risks.
ALLHC emphasized that both projects reflect its broader mission to enable industrial growth in strategic locations and support national development goals.
