    CPG joins FTSE microcap index

Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG), led by president and CEO Marco R. Antonio, announced its inclusion in the FTSE Global Equity Index Series (GEIS) – Microcap Index, effective September 22, 2025. The FTSE Microcap Index, part of the globally tracked GEIS, is a benchmark widely used by institutional investors and fund managers.

The inclusion marks a significant milestone for the property developer, enhancing its visibility in global capital markets and potentially improving liquidity and investor diversification. It also affirms CPG’s growth trajectory, supported by strong financials and improved market metrics.

CPG’s free float rose to 34.21 percent from 27.4 percent, following the July 2025 acquisition of a 6.4 percent stake by the Social Security System (SSS). The company also posted consistent earnings growth over the past three years, with net income rising from P1.4 billion in 2022 to P2.44 billion in 2024—a 32 percent year-on-year increase.

“We are honored by this inclusion, which represents a key milestone in our growth trajectory,” Antonio said, highlighting the company’s commitment to long-term value creation.

CPG shares closed at P0.69 on September 19, up 68 percent year-to-date and 89 percent from a year ago.
