    Victor Lee to succeed Sanjiv Vohra as Security Bank CEO

    Security Bank has named Victor Lee Meng Teck as its incoming president and chief executive officer (CEO), effective in early January 2026. Lee, a seasoned Singaporean banker with over 30 years of experience, will succeed Sanjiv Vohra, who has led the bank through significant transformation during his tenure. Vohra will continue in his current role until January 2026, after which he will transition to senior advisor to the board.

    Lee joins from CIMB Bank, where he served as CEO of CIMB Singapore and CEO of growth markets for CIMB Bank Berhad. During his leadership, CIMB Singapore saw a dramatic increase in revenue and return on equity, alongside recognition for customer experience.

    Vohra, who steered Security Bank through the challenges of the pandemic, focused on digital transformation, customer-centric strategies, and sustainability, positioning the bank for future growth. He expressed pride in the bank’s achievements and confidence in its continued success under Lee’s leadership.

    Lee, in turn, expressed his commitment to furthering Security Bank’s growth, building on its strong reputation for customer service and innovation.
