AC Health seals oncology collaboration with Taiwan’s CGMH

Ayala Healthcare Holdings Inc. (AC Health) has entered into a partnership with Taiwan’s largest healthcare provider, Chang Gung Memorial Hospital (CGMH), to offer advanced oncology treatments to patients at Healthway Cancer Care Hospital. The collaboration centers on a cross-border patient referral program, clinical knowledge exchange, and joint data-sharing initiatives.

CGMH’s proton and radiation therapy center is recognized for its cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise, providing highly precise proton beam therapy that minimizes damage to healthy tissue and reduces side effects—especially beneficial for tumors near critical organs.

Under the agreement, Healthway will refer eligible patients to CGMH for proton beam therapy, with coordinated protocols and support from care coordinators. The partnership will also establish virtual case conferences and tumor boards to facilitate expert discussions on complex cases, alongside clinical rotations and observerships for Healthway physicians focused on radiation oncology.

Both institutions will collaborate on research by sharing anonymized clinical outcomes to advance cancer treatment understanding. This deal adds to Healthway’s growing network, which includes collaborations with the US-based City of Hope and Singapore’s National Cancer Centre.
