Globe Business has reintroduced its Technically Speaking thought leadership series in a new long-form podcast format focused on cybersecurity and digital resilience.
The initiative aims to help Philippine enterprises tackle rising digital threats, with only 6 percent of local businesses currently having mature cybersecurity systems, according to Globe. The ICT market in the country is projected to hit USD 45.67 billion by 2029, making security a growing concern amid rapid tech adoption.
Hosted by Globe Business Solutions Consulting AVP Marlon Cruz, the podcast features in-depth discussions on key ICT topics including data analytics, cloud modernization, and cybersecurity strategy.
“The reality is that digital growth without cybersecurity is unsustainable,” said Cruz. Globe Business head KD Dizon added that the podcast format allows for the sharing of practical, real-world insights to guide enterprises through digital transformation.
The series launched on October 7 with an episode on data analytics. Upcoming topics include Integrated Cyber Resilience (October 16), Enterprise AI Governance (October 23), and Cloud Modernization (November 12).
Globe Business encourages enterprise leaders to tune in and collaborate on building secure, future-ready organizations.
