Radisson Hotel Group is set to launch its first Radisson Individuals Premier property in Southeast Asia Pacific with the signing of LIME Resort Bohol, scheduled to open by late 2025. The beachfront resort marks a key milestone in Radisson’s fast-track growth strategy in the Philippines and underscores the Group’s focus on upper-upscale conversions in key leisure destinations.
The move follows Radisson’s recent expansion of its Individuals brand, which now includes three new tiers—Premier, Boutique, and Retreat—designed to offer tailored experiences while preserving each property’s unique identity.
Located on one of the Philippines’ top island destinations, LIME Resort Bohol will blend eco-conscious design with Radisson’s global standards, offering elevated hospitality for both local and international travelers.
“This partnership allows us to showcase the warmth of Filipino hospitality on the global stage,” said Emil Po, CEO of Lime Hotels and Resorts. “Combining our signature service with Radisson’s international reach enhances our competitiveness and guest experience.”
Radisson’s chief development officer for Asia Pacific, Ramzy Fenianos, described Bohol as a “thriving eco-tourism hub” and emphasized the resort’s role in setting new standards for leisure travel in the region.
With this addition, Radisson Hotel Group now has 20 properties in operation and under development in the Philippines, further reinforcing its position in the growing tourism market. Globally, the group boasts over 1,580 hotels across more than 100 countries under its diverse brand portfolio.
