Lazada Philippines announced that the 11 11, its biggest sale of the year, will run from November 10 beginning at 8 PM until November 13, positioning the event to surpass the performance of the previous 9.9 sale. In Taguig City, Lazada Philippines chief executive officer Carlos Barrera and head of seller operations Alvin Ching emphasized the company’s growing role in powering the nation’s digital economy and strengthening its reputation as the leading destination for authentic brands and quality products.
“As eCommerce continues to be a key growth driver of the digital economy, our goal is to strengthen Lazada’s position as the premier online destination for authentic brands and high-quality products,” said Barrera. He also said Lazada aims to build “an ecosystem where consumers shop with confidence, ensuring every purchase is marked by authenticity, quality, and trust.”
Data from the 9.9 shopping festival underscored the momentum Lazada aims to build on. In that event, Filipino shoppers spent nearly 40 percent more in their LazMall order and where the top-ranking brands achieved double- to triple-digit growth. Also, the Top 20 sellers on LazMall Philippines registered a record 110-fold sales growth, outpacing other Southeast Asian markets.
Lazada expects the 11.11 sale to further highlight this trend, with consumers anticipated to spend more on premium and exclusive assortments across beauty, fashion, electronics, and everyday essentials. Through LazMall, shoppers gain access to over 32,000 local and global brands, all backed by Lazada’s 100 percent authenticity guarantee and 30-day free returns.
The sale will feature up to 90 percent off on LazFlash deals, discounts of up to ₱2,000 through Lazada vouchers, and free shipping, reflecting heightened consumer spending behavior as the country enters its peak holiday season.
Lazada also continues to lead in AI-powered eCommerce innovation. Its GenAI chatbot, AI Lazzie, will offer more personalized recommendations, while new tools such as SmartStack help shoppers automatically combine vouchers and rewards for maximum savings. For merchants, AI tools now enable instant image generation, improved product listings, and real-time business insights.
