Most of the damage came from rice crops, which suffered ₱148.31 million in losses over 3,275 hectares, mainly in Ilocos, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol, and Eastern Visayas.

Meanwhile, Tino inflicted a heavier toll of ₱555.56 million, affecting 20,362 farmers and 10,634 hectares. Rice fields again bore the brunt, with ₱224.24 million in losses over 8,122 hectares across Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Western and Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, and Northern Mindanao.

The DA said assessment and validation are ongoing, and the total cost of damage may still rise.
