STI Education Systems Holdings, Inc. (STI Holdings) reported a net income of P619.1 million for the first quarter of the fiscal year, covering July to September 2025. The company said the results were influenced by an earlier academic calendar and a new revenue recognition method, making year-on-year comparisons less direct.
Gross revenues reached P1.44 billion, up 39 percent from the same period last year, while EBITDA climbed to P877.9 million, representing a 61 percent margin. Operating income more than doubled to P657.5 million, supported by higher recognized revenues and improved cost efficiencies.
Total enrollment across the network reached 132,941 students, down slightly due to the early start of public school classes. Enrollment in CHED-regulated programs remained stable at 102,407, with continuing students rising 14 percent to 73,421. STI ESG, the largest subsidiary, recorded 114,569 students, while STI WNU enrolled 14,890 students and completed a new four-storey School of Basic Education building. STI WNU also received Autonomous Status from CHED, giving it greater academic flexibility. iACADEMY enrolled 1,899 students in its Makati and Cebu campuses.
