Security Bank has signed a strategic partnership with WIZ.AI, a regional leader in AI-powered voice automation, to strengthen its digital transformation efforts and improve customer engagement. The agreement was formalized on November 17, 2025, at the Security Bank Centre in Makati City.
The collaboration will help modernize the bank’s operations by integrating WIZ.AI’s natural language processing and voice automation tools across key service areas, including collections. The goal is to improve efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness while offering more personalized customer experiences.
Balaji Vijayan, SVP and head of retail and business banking risk management at Security Bank, said the partnership supports the bank’s mission of delivering “BetterBanking” and will enhance collections through “human-bot synergy.”
WIZ.AI founder and CEO Jianfeng Lu said the partnership reflects the company’s commitment to providing secure, scalable, and culturally attuned conversational AI solutions in Southeast Asia. He added that the bank’s BetterBanking vision aligns with WIZ.AI’s “local-first” approach to AI-driven customer engagement.
The initiative forms part of Security Bank’s broader digital transformation roadmap, which focuses on data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and the responsible use of new technologies to improve customer experience.
