Century Properties Group (CPG) announced on Monday three major development events at its Azure North Estate in San Fernando, Pampanga: the first concrete pouring for the Mykonos Tower, the groundbreaking of the Azure North Townvillas, and the inauguration of the completed Barbados Tower.
CPG president and CEO Marco Antonio said the milestones show the company’s commitment to delivering quality homes and building a long-term community where families can thrive.
The Azure North Townvillas, an 0.8-hectare premium house-and-lot enclave, marks CPG’s entry into the segment in Pampanga. All 49 three- and four-story units—ranging from 69 to 133 square meters—have already sold out. The project is expected to generate ₱1.3 billion in revenue and seen completed by 2028.
Construction is also underway for the Mykonos Tower, Azure North’s first mid-rise building. The project, launched in February, requires ₱1.2 billion in capital spending and projected sales of ₱2.7 billion. Completion is targeted for late 2027. Unit sizes are larger than typical Metro Manila offerings, with studios at 26–28 sqm and one-bedroom units averaging 44 sqm.
The completed Barbados Tower—Azure North’s third and final high-rise—adds 820 units with ₱1.6 billion in capital expenditure. It has reached a 99 percent sell-out rate and is now ready for turnover, bringing the total high-rise inventory in the estate to 2,426 units.
To enhance its resort-style amenities, CPG is investing ₱215 million in the Azure North Waterpark, set to open in 2028 along with a new playpark. Planned features include water slides, a basketball court, a children’s playground, and a pet park.
Antonio noted the strong interest from homeowners and investors, including overseas Filipinos, who are drawn to Azure North’s family-friendly community and rental income potential. The 7.8-hectare estate sits close to major malls such as SM Pampanga and Robinsons Starmills.
