Radisson Hotel Group is accelerating its Philippine expansion with the signing of three new properties in partnership with SM Hotels and Conventions Corp. (SMHCC), strengthening their long-running collaboration and deepening both groups’ presence in key growth corridors.
The new projects include a dual-branded Radisson and Park Inn complex rising within the SM Mall of Asia (MOA) complex, as well as a standalone Park Inn by Radisson in Santa Rosa’s fast-developing SM Neo Verde estate.
SMHCC executive vice president Peggy Angeles said the developments align with the company’s strategy to scale up in high-demand locations, driven by a sustained uptick in business travel, leisure tourism, and the meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions (MICE) segment. She noted that the MOA area—already one of the country’s most active commercial zones—continues to expand at a pace that supports more internationally branded hotels.
At MOA, Radisson will open the 200-room Radisson Hotel SM Mall of Asia Manila alongside a 300-room Park Inn by Radisson. The dual-tower complex will feature a full suite of amenities—including dining outlets, fitness centers, outdoor pools, and large convention and meeting spaces—tailored to corporate groups and destination travelers.
South of Metro Manila, Radisson and SMHCC are pushing further into the CALABARZON growth belt with the 200-room Park Inn by Radisson SM Neo Verde, set to open in 2029. The hotel will rise within a mixed-use district anchored by a new mall and transport hub, reinforcing Santa Rosa’s emergence as a major industrial and lifestyle center.
The expansion coincides with Radisson Hotel Group’s 15th anniversary in the Philippines, marking a year of aggressive growth as the brand deepens its foothold in the country’s most dynamic urban markets.
Financial details of these projects were not immediately made public.
