Philippine Airlines (PAL) ranked as the most punctual airline among Asia Pacific carriers in November 2025, posting an on-time performance (OTP) rate of 84.67 percent, according to London-based aviation analytics firm Cirium.
The result marks PAL’s fourth straight month at the top of the regional punctuality rankings. The flag carrier recorded OTP ratings of 89.37 percent in August, 90.47 percent in September, and 86.37 percent in October 2025.
Cirium considers a flight on time if it arrives at the gate within 15 minutes of its scheduled arrival.
PAL senior vice president for operations Capt. Roland A. Narciso said the airline remains focused on operational reliability and customer satisfaction, citing the efforts of its flight, ground, and maintenance teams.
Earlier in 2025, PAL also ranked first in punctuality in April, second in January, and third in March. The airline holds a four-star rating from the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX), based on verified passenger feedback.
PAL operates a mixed fleet of Boeing, Airbus, and De Havilland aircraft, flying nonstop from hubs in Manila, Cebu, Clark, and Davao to 31 domestic and 39 international destinations across Asia, North America, Australia, and the Middle East.
